Raven Resources Corp. Appoints ERCPA as Outside CFO

Dallas, TX – June 1, 2024 – Raven Resources Corp. has appointed Elliott, Robinson & Company LLP (ERCPA) as its outside Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further enhancing the company’s financial leadership, strategic oversight, and corporate governance.
As outside CFO, ERCPA will oversee Raven’s financial strategy, risk management, and corporate accounting functions. Amanda Kastler, a highly regarded CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, will play a central role in implementing strategic financial oversight to support Raven’s growth.
