Dallas, TX – March 18, 2023 – Raven Resources Corp. has completed its internal review regarding the potential acquisition of Raven Capital Partners and has chosen not to move forward with the transaction.
Raven Capital Partners is a respected financial services firm with a strong track record in capital advisory and investment strategies. While the opportunity had significant merit, Raven Resources determined that it would focus on other areas of expansion at this time.
