Raven Resources Corp. Opts Not to Proceed with Umkovr Product Line Acquisition

Dallas, TX – December 27, 2023 – Raven Resources Corp. has decided not to move forward with an acquisition of the Umkovr product line, an advanced UV-protective apparel and outdoor gear brand.
Umkovr’s innovative approach to sun protection through high-performance fabrics and wearable UV-blocking technology is a strong entry in the market. However, after extensive evaluation, Raven determined that the brand’s current market positioning did not align with its investment strategy.
