He is recognized for advising on landmark,award-winning financings and sovereign transactions throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise spans Islamic and conventional capital markets, structured finance, debt restructurings, and emerging areas of financial innovation such as tokenisation, crypto assets, NFTs,DeFi, and digital finance ecosystems.Gregory has advised governments, global financial institutions, corporates, VC funds, and football clubs, earning recognition from Chambers Global, IFLR1000, and Legal 500, and was named one of the Top 10 Most Influential Debt Capital Markets Lawyers in the Middle East.
